Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can sometimes change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible while also respecting the time, preparation, and resources required for each booking.

 

Cancellations Made in Advance

Cancellations made before 3:00 PM on the day prior to your booking are eligible for a full (100%) refund of the total amount paid. This allows us sufficient time to reallocate the booking and ensures no cancellation fee is applied.

 

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made after 3:00 PM on the day prior to your booking, as well as same day cancellations, will still receive a partial refund. In these cases, a 40% cancellation fee will be retained to cover administrative costs and lost availability, and the remaining 60% of the total amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method. 

If the booking holder does not arrive for their booking and no cancellation has been made in advance (no-show), the full booking amount will be charged, unless stated otherwise

Refund Processing

All eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund and cancellation policy.
